A tumultuous start to 2015

It was a very wild and wet walk around the Great Orme this morning; this was the view looking towards Puffin Island, which is just visible at the top left of the photo…

… however, a mile or so further on these two very sensible goats had found a nice ledge to shelter on.

Happy New Year, and best wishes for 2015!

  1. How on earth do those goats get to these places. ( the red cape comes to mind agen ).
Happy new year geoff… p.s. i like the photo of the fireworks in facebook.. 🙂 🙂

    • All the best Terry, the firework photo was taken in 2012.

  2. Let’s hope that your wild, wet weather is just an aberration and not a harbinger of things to come or we’ll all be hiding on that ledge with the goats!

A very Happy New Year to you and yours!

  3. sensible goats – it was nice here early on but this afternoon has turned to rain – best for the new year

  4. I can see how choppy the water is. Those goats have got the right idea.

  5. Smart goat indeed! Happy New Year, Geoff!

  6. You were brave to head up to the Orme in that weather! It is cold and windy here to start the year. Happy New Year!

  7. Nice colours in the sea, but rather rough. Those goats look familiar.

  8. It has done nothing but rain here all day. We need a bit of Llandudno sun. Thanks for all the posts during the year. They certainly brighten the day.

  9. Oh the colour and swell of the sea, so beautiful! Bloavez Mad, happy New Year, bonne année !

  10. Happy New Year from Ohio where it was 32 degrees today, but was sunny at least.

  11. Not only are your goats good looking, they’re also smart!

  12. prêt à faire le grand plongeon, belle soirée
