Walking around the Great Orme

A walk along Marine Drive, which runs around the Great Orme, is always a good way to start the day.

This is the view heading from the North Shore to the West Shore, St Tudno’s Church is just visible high on the left.

Here’s a closer look at the church.

  1. Another favourite view & walk and yet another nice day.

  2. I love the wintergreen and the sunlight on the side of the Orme. And it looks like you’ve got another walker to have a chat to on the way round Geoff.. 🙂

  3. It looks like it would also be a challenging walk – must be several miles, right? But a gorgeous morning to be out and about!

    • It’s just over four miles and gets quite steep in parts, usually takes me just under an hour to walk around it.

  4. I think I see a bit of sunshine out there too.

  5. What a beautiful view. I love the change from green to brown.

  6. There must be a wonderful sea breeze there all the time!

  7. Oh that one? It looks like a cottage from this distance though. 😉

  8. The solitary walker…
