Taken yesterday afternoon; lots of rules and regulations to browse through at the end of Llandudno Pier, hope the solitary fisherman had some luck!

  1. Looks peaceful and quiet out there. To be alone with your thoughts!.wounder if/when the passenger boats will be returning to the pier point..used to be a great sight years ago.. 🙂

  2. Crab line fishing is fun!

  3. I think the top sign ought to say “Anglers AND PHOTOGRAPHERS only beyond this point. 🙂

  4. rules everywhere! sheesh!

  5. Clear, sharp horizon, does that mean rain? Was wondering the same thing about the boats Terry.

  6. Iv read on the internet christine that the landing stage cost £330,000 to refurbish.alot of money just to do fishing on.so i reckon it wont be long till the boats start coming in.i was hoping it wud be during the 1st wk in july wen hopefully il be down there. Cant wait!!!!!. 🙂

    • I must say I’ll only be watching & admiring the boats Terry, (no sea-legs).

  7. You might be arriving in style (by boat) one day soon Terry. At the moment nothing is sailing in.Even Jaws is having a snooze!

  8. Since I’m not a fisherman, I would have passed right by the signs without a thought.

  9. With all those rules, I’d probably give up before even starting!

  10. I’d do anything to fish!

  11. Somehow that surprises me that the end of the pier is cordoned off like that.

  12. So you walk down to the end and then discover that you have to buy your fishing permit at the beginning of the pier!

  13. These rules are not unusual but they are protective and make sense. Unless of course, you want to do some crab line fishing. Then “they” get a little crabby!
