A walk around the Great Orme #7

Picture of the Great Orme Llandudno

We’re taking a break for a while, so we thought we would take you on a walk all the way around the Great Orme until we’re back. There will also be a few interesting facts mentioned on our walk, which we have compiled from various sources. Apologies in advance if any aren’t 100% accurate!

We have now reached the junction where you can turn left and head to St Tudno’s and the summit, or continue on around the Great Orme.

Of course, no walk around the Great Orme is complete without coming across some of the wild goats that live here.

These three where photographed just to the right of the image seen above.

  1. This intersection is another reason to drive carefully along this road – you wouldn’t want to take the wrong turn. Might end up among the goats! Cute goats, though!

  2. Hmmm….should we take the high road or the low road.

  3. Wouldn’t want to miss the goats!

  4. Choices.Think I’ll take the low road and see what is round the next bend.Reassuring to see the netting to contain any rock falls.

  5. The goats look nice and comfy.

  6. The goats are like the icing on the cake, atop the already grand views!
