Llandudno Arts Weekend 2013

Llandudno arts festival 2013 poster (Large)

The organisers of the Llandudno Arts Weekend have sent us this fab poster, which has just been issued to support the launch of the new Llandudno arts festival.  Due to be held in September this year, the Arts Weekend is curated by Marc Rees, who masterminded the ADAIN AVION project last year (remember the plane on the prom?  click here for a look back).

A weekend full of free activities will be centred around the re-introduction to Llandudno of replica Victorian bathing machines.  Each bathing machine will host events commissioned from local and international artists to connect with the town’s history, along with a whole range of parallel events across the town.

We’re excited already!  We’ll bring you more updates during the Weekend and as it approaches, but in the meantime you can find out more on the festival’s website.

  3. I think a good time is comin’ to town! Looks great and I’d love to be able to participate! Hopefully, you’ll see some financial benefit from the event, too! Loved your comment on Ocala today. What can one expect, the guy was from Texas!

  4. Oooh I love the creativity of the poster! Unfortunately I’m going to miss it as I’ll be away from blogging at that time…

  5. A very eye-catching poster. Will be in Llandudno then so look forward to joining in.They have even included your little ‘tea house’ in the picture

  7. And that is a very nicely-designed poster too! I’d be excited to participate in this!
