Down Mostyn Street

Picture of Mostyn Street Llandudno

Looking down Mostyn Street, just before 5.30pm yesterday.

Apparently this street once held more Royal Warrants than any other shopping street outside of London.

  1. What a beautiful street. I’d happily walk along here and pop into a few of the shops.

  2. Wonderful street. Lots of cars but not very many people about.

  3. So fascinating and perhaps not surprising, it’s a beautiful street. I wouldn’t mind spending a good long afternoon strolling about – wait, make that a weekend!

  4. A very pleasant ,level, shopping street. I like the free parking too and the many pavement cafes. Not a scrap of litter in this shot and this was taken at the end of the afternoon.Must have been something special in Victorian times. Wonder what all the Royal Warrants were for .

  5. It looks like a very nice place to do some real shopping or some window shopping or people watch or take photos or all of the above. I’m not sure what a “royal warrant” is all about, though.

  6. What a beautiful town you live in! I love WH Smith. I could easily get lost in there for hours.
