Daffodils on the Orme

Daffodils Llandudno

We spotted the welcome splash of colour that these daffodils provided, on a walk through the Haulfre Gardens this morning.

  1. That had to put a smile on everyone’s face.

  2. I saw a few crocuses on Saturday – the daffodils aren’t flowering here yet – here by St David’s day though probably.

  3. It’s amazing how, in such a landscape, a few yellow flowers transform the place! Nicely done!

  4. And then my heart with pleasure fills,
    And dances with the daffodils.
These little flowers are just coming out here in Wordsworth country despite snow on the high hills.

  5. A harbinger of spring I hope! I can’t think of anything cheerier than that bright yellow. Sweet capture!

  6. It must be so nice to see such a thing in Feb – it sure makes winter a lot shorter!

  7. Just in time for St. David’s Day! A lovely splash of color!
