Waves on Llandudno beach

Llandudno Beach 27 October 2012

A bright, breezy day in Llandudno today. Here is the beach at noon, with a high tide receeding and the wind creating quite a lot of waves.

  1. Gorgeous pic. Besides the feathery waves, the shaded silhouette of the Orme illustrates why its name means sea serpent.

  2. Beautiful sky! Its a nice sunny day here, though I found my scarf before I left my place because there is a chill wind.

  3. It’s rainy and horribly grey here and supposedly we may be hit by the remnants of Hurricane Sandy on Monday night so all we have is rain in our forecast for days ahead!

  4. I pulled out my winter head gear today, to accompany the winter rain gear I’m already using. Lovely scene.
