Heading up the Great Orme

Great Orme Tramway Llandudno North Wales

Tramcar Number 4 is seen making its way up Old Road at 10.40am on a very blustery Tuesday morning.

In the distance the promenade can be seen sweeping towards the Little Orme.

  1. Such a good shot even on a bad day you can bring out the best in Llandudno!

    • It’s surprising and quite sad how views like this become so readily taken for granted when you see them day after day.

  2. What a terrific composition! And a beautiful scenario. Again. I’ll bet it really looks gorgeous on a sunny day!

  3. Great composition indeed, and what a lovely tram.

  4. I love seeing how the town wraps around the water and also seeing the buildings which are so unlike anything here.

  5. Thats quite a view. How I wish I had been on that tram, rather than a bus into Leeds city centre this morning.

    • The bus would have been a lot less chilly and windswept though. The trams have no windows in them!
